Part of MasterMover’s future strategy revolves around reimagining its digital presence and strategy. MasterMover appointed Fuelius as its digital partner to consult and implement how it drives growth through the HubSpot CRM suite of tools and features.
We’ll be working with them to review their business processes and current implementation of HubDB, seeking to identify how the powerful database tool can improve efficiencies and data handling for the team at MasterMover.
The project's second phase will feature the redesign and development of a new HubSpot CMS website, with comprehensive SEO and web performance audits to inform new requirements.
The new website will be optimised to drive forward lead generation from around the world with multi-lingual capabilities and will reflect a new brand identity, designed to encourage user engagement.
Future phases of work will include utilising the HubSpot Customer Portal functionality to support how MasterMover customers and partners engage the business, as well as looking at how customer service can be digitalised, including through online purchase of products, services and parts.
