About the role

Are you searching for your next work challenge? Have you got a passion for digital, learning new things and always staying curious?

Well, Fuelius is looking for you. The Senior Project Manager has day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective running of their projects with a focus on great delivery. They are the go-to person to advise on project management methodologies and support the wider Project Management team with coaching on more complex issues.

Role responsibilities

  • Be on top of your projects and know timings, key milestones, budgets, resourcing, risks, etc.

  • Own project governance and ensure adequate logging of change requests, issues and risks.

  • Be firm but fair in judgement: push back when scope creep or suggested budgets are not realistic whilst understanding the constraints of the client.

  • Understand the workings and needs of the account you are partnered with; have a good understanding of the client’s needs and adapt your communication and project plans to fit their unique circumstances.

  • Be commercially aware: At all times have an idea of the status of the budget of your projects; any variations from budget accounted for and where possible mitigated flagging all budget risks to the Head of Operations.

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge within your field and be a key person whose opinion and advice on project delivery is actively sought by clients and colleagues.

  • Be able to confidently communicate with clients effectively and independently and support the wider Project Team in handling challenging issues.

  • Actively seek to improve project procedures and work with the Operations team to update project policies and processes to improve efficiency and quality.

  • Ensure that internal and client sign-offs are obtained on all key project deliverables, and that you have an audit trail.
